Who We Are and...

We have been involved in many projects over the years, and we invite you to learn by example how you can help your community together with Monona Lutheran Church.

What We Do

Sunday school children 1
Sunday school children 2

On Sunday, October 30th, the Sunday School children held a special event. After lessons were done, they were invited to paint rocks as a way to show their love of Jesus.  It was suggested that they pay it forward to someone special. This was a much loved project that we plan to do again soon.

LWML group

Monona Lutheran LWML met the Challenge for the 80th LWML Anniversary of the Southern Wisconsin LWML Gathering to beheld Sat. June 18th at St. Paul's Lutheran in Grafton. The Monona LWML completed 80+ pillowcase dresses for the event.

Quilters group

During Holy Week, the Quilters came together to create a stunning quilt that beautifully embodies the spirit of Easter. This project not only showcases their incredible talent but also reflects the hope and renewal that this special time represents.

What a fantastic example of creativity and purpose! These remarkable mats, crafted from plastic bags by the dedicated women of LWML at church, are truly making a difference. They are on their way to Orphan Grain Train, bringing hope and warmth to those in need.

Monona is thrilled to extend a helping hand and host inspiring blood drives in our community! We can’t wait to unite people with a common purpose and create a positive impact together.

The heartwarming results of Monona's Christmas Child donations to Samaritan's Purse! It’s truly amazing how our contributions can bring joy to children in need.
